rF 401k is rebel Financial employee retirement plan. There is a 4% Safe Harbor match, .25% match from 6-15% and an end of year profit sharing contribution. You must satisfy 90 days of employment for eligibility. Login or enroll by clicking the button below (to enroll after 90 days just use you SS# as username and dob as password).
Since we do not provide Health Insurance we have QSEHRA to reimburse you for qualified individual insurance that you purchase, which reimburses $100-200/mo. If you qualify and wish to participate then inform your manager and you will be sent a registration email. You may apply for Life insurance after 90 days of employment and you will receive guaranteed acceptance between 90-150 days of employment on up to $250,000 of life insurance. If you have other people that depend on your income then this a very important benefit, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition(s).
You may apply for disability insurance after 90 days of employment and you will receive guaranteed acceptance between 90-150 days of employment on up to a maximum amount based on your income. If you are not able to retire then this is your most important benefit/coverage other than your health insurance and you should have solid long-term disability (LTDI) that you could live off of if you became disabled.
An HSA is a Health Savings Account in which you can save pretax money, and we add $100-200/mo, to pay for qualified medical expenses tax free.
